Refund and Cancelation

All reservations are considered final upon confirmation, and we kindly note that cancellations and refunds are not offered.

If you are unable to attend, we would be happy to provide a credit or transferable ticket that may be used toward a future workshop.

In rare and exceptional circumstances involving urgent emergencies, requests may be submitted for special consideration. Such cases are subject to management review and approval, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
