At Craft for Team, each workshop is carefully planned in advance to ensure the best experience for every participant. Materials, staffing, and scheduling are prepared based on confirmed reservations. For this reason, we ask that you review our refund and cancellation policy before booking.

Reservations

All workshop reservations become final once your booking has been confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds

We do not offer cancellations or refunds for confirmed reservations. This policy allows us to effectively plan our workshops and allocate the necessary materials and resources for each event.

Credits and Transferable Reservations

If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. Whenever possible, we are happy to offer one of the following options:

A credit toward a future Craft for Team workshop.
The option to transfer your reservation to another participant.

Requests for credits or transfers should be made before your scheduled workshop date. Approval may be subject to availability and event-specific condition

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. In rare and exceptional situations, such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may submit a request for special consideration.

Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Craft for Team management and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

Workshop Changes by Craft for Team

If Craft for Team must cancel, postpone, or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be offered the option to:

Transfer your reservation to the rescheduled date;
Receive a credit toward a future workshop; or
Receive a full refund if a suitable alternative cannot be provided.
